Army National Guard Bureau (NGB)

 The scope of the requirements including providing subject matter  expertise for IT higher education support that integrates state-of-the-art high technology systems. Providing expert guidance, and IT services for numerous programs of the ARNG EDU division. This support includes web-based interactive support, development of computer programs, sub-routines, and associated documentation, block diagrams and flow charts. Conduct detailed analysis of defined system specifications, design detailed programs, flowcharts, and diagrams. Develop policies in compliance with U.S. Code, DODD, DODI, DTM and NGB Guidance.

Federal Aviation Administration

Provided subject matter information security and program expertise for information security for FAA systems. This support included security certification and accreditation (C&A) processes, secure architecture design, and compliance with Federal information assurance mandates. Provided subject matter and program expertise in the development of FAA Enterprise Architecture, ensuring that the FAA’s systems and resources meet the FAA’s strategic goals, respond to changes in mission needs, and serve the National Airspace System user’s expectations.

Department of Treasury

Assisted the Department of the Treasury’s Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) in response to Federal requirements that identified critical Treasury infrastructures supporting the Treasury national mission. Assisted in the prioritization of Treasury’s systems and identified the interfaces and networks used in data transfer of critical systems. Provided support for the IRS’ Modernization effort. Developed the project management framework to include project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, quality, and procurement management to improve the IRS's business processes.

Department of Homeland Security

Established Project Management Plans including work breakdown structures (WBS), staffing for each phase of the project, project budget, and arranged for recruitment or assignments of project per resources available.  Developed and implemented C&A support services, analyzed and defined security requirements for Automated Information Systems. Supported USVISIT and other DHS component for Cyber Security and FISMA Compliance.

Department of Veterans Affairs

Provided subject matter expertise support for the risk management process, systems integration, and consolidation process improvement for technical program management. Provided information security subject matter expertise guidance to the Health Program Management Office for VA OMB 300 systems. Defined system and application architecture to provide vision, problem anticipation, and problem solving ability to the VA. Developed OMB-300 Capital Planning.

Library of Congress

Provided subject matter expertise to Library of Congress (LOC) for the development of directives and policies in support of improving the ability of the Library to meet its Mission. Wrote documentation and conducted security-related briefings for the certification of LOC applications including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessments, Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) reports, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Plan of Action and Milestones, and Business Impact Analyses.

Social Security Administration (SSA)

Providing subject matter expertise to the Office of the Chief Information Officer to improve the agency-wide risk management program. Providing risk management services to assist SSA in developing, documenting and implementing a well structured risk management program incorporating risk management concepts in compliance with Federal Laws and guidance, SSA policies, standards, and other directives.

Office of Personnel Management

Provided project management and technical guidance support to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for program audits and Certification and Accreditation of the online education GoLearn Program (which OPM manages for other Federal agencies).

Department of Health and Human Services

Managed, lead and directed all security related activities for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) – Center for Biological Evaluation Research (CBER) Security Program Office. Developed and implemented C&A support services, and provided Certification and Accreditation support to the DHHS Security Program Management Office.
